The property has a large terrace with lateral sea and mountain views and a private roof terrace with 4 sun loungers to enjoy the sun all day long. For maximum comfort, it also includes a private parking space.
Wi-Fi fibre optic connection, bed linen, towels, beach towels, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer and iron are, as always in our proposals, included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

ONLINE CHECK-IN IS MANDATORY. IF NOT COMPLETED, GUESTS MUST COME TO THE OFFICE WITH THEIR ID/PASSPORT TO COMPLETE AND SIGN IT BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE PROPERTY. KEYS WILL NOT BE HANDED OVER UNTIL WE HAVE THE DETAILS OF ALL GUESTS.

After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
We would like to advise all our guests that it is strictly FORBIDDEN to store sports equipment such as bicycles, kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing or other sports equipment inside this property.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 3 stay free of charge. Children over 3 years old pay the same price as adults.
