Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

ONLINE CHECK-IN IS MANDATORY. IF NOT COMPLETED, GUESTS MUST COME TO THE OFFICE WITH THEIR ID/PASSPORT TO COMPLETE AND SIGN IT BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE PROPERTY. KEYS WILL NOT BE HANDED OVER UNTIL WE HAVE THE DETAILS OF ALL GUESTS.

After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.

We advise all our guests that the storage of sports equipment such as bikes, kitegear, surfgear, windsurfgear as well as other sports equipment inside this property is strictly FORBIDDEN.
