The apartment has one bedroom on the main floor. On the upper floor, there is an additional bedroom with dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, ergonomic chair, and monitor. Please note that, due to the sloped roof, access to the upper bedroom requires bending down in some areas and it is not possible to stand fully upright throughout the entire space.

Smoking and parties are not allowed.

Two months' deposit and one month's guarantee are required for possible non-payments in advance. Costs for water, electricity and Wi-Fi are included.

As usual, bed linen, towels, beach towels, washing machine, hairdryer and ironing kit are included.

We advise our guests that in the event that check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in supplement of 35,00€ will be applied, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
