Located in a quiet residential area of El Médano, the property is within walking distance of cafés, restaurants, public transport and all essential services. The beach is also just a few minutes away, making it easy to enjoy outdoor activities such as walking, running or a variety of water sports before or after work.
For those working remotely or studying during their stay, the house includes a computer monitor in the dedicated workspace with a fast fiber-optic WiFi connection, providing a more comfortable and productive setup for work, video calls, or studying.

Smoking and parties are not allowed.

Two months' deposit and one month's guarantee are required for possible non-payments in advance. Costs for water, electricity and Wi-Fi are included.

As usual, bed linen, towels, beach towels, washing machine, hairdryer and ironing kit and glassfiber WiFi connection are included.

We advise our guests that in the event that check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in supplement of 35,00€ will be applied, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
