Smoking and parties are not allowed.

Two months' deposit and one month's guarantee are required for possible non-payments in advance. Costs for water, electricity and Wi-Fi are included.

As usual, bed linen, towels, beach towels, washing machine, hairdryer and ironing kit are included.

We advise our guests that in the event that check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in supplement of 30,00€ will be applied, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
