Breathe in the luxury and enjoy a wonderful sea view from this holiday home with a large private wind-protected terrace with dining area, sun loungers and an electric awning for the hottest hours of the day, in a residential complex with a swimming pool for adults and one for children, in front of the beach of La Tejita. This property consists of a bedroom with its modern en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with an avant-garde design, a cozy living room and a balcony/terrace with sea views from which you can access via a spiral staircase to the terrace on the upper floor. The furnishings, decoration and all the equipment of this holiday home are very stylish and of the highest quality. For your comfort, there is also a private underground parking space and a separate laundry room. In front of the complex you will find a shopping centre with a supermarket and several bars and restaurants. The centre of El Médano can be reached in a few minutes by car.
As usual, we offer our guests a fibre optic Wi-Fi connection. Bed linen and towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are available and included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, acwhich can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

ONLINE CHECK-IN IS MANDATORY. IF NOT COMPLETED, GUESTS MUST COME TO THE OFFICE WITH THEIR ID/PASSPORT TO COMPLETE AND SIGN IT BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE PROPERTY. KEYS WILL NOT BE HANDED OVER UNTIL WE HAVE THE DETAILS OF ALL GUESTS.

After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.

We advise all our guests that the storage of sports equipment such as bikes, kitegear, surfgear, windsurfgear as well as other sports equipment inside this Holiday Home is strictly FORBIDDEN.
